(Will) abide forever in it. Not will be lightened for them the punishment and not they will be reprieved.

therein dwelling forever; the chastisement shall not be lightened for them; no respite shall be given them
They will abide therein: Their penalty will not be lightened, nor will respite be their (lot)
خَـٰلِدِينَ فِيهَا ۖ لَا يُخَفَّفُ عَنْهُمُ ٱلْعَذَابُ وَلَا هُمْ يُنظَرُونَ ١٦٢
khālidīna fīhā lā yukhaffafu ʿanhumu l-ʿadhābu walā hum yunẓarūn
